General Ideas
        This along with Create:
The Comic Book Creation Site (also created by the maker of this
page) could be used in many ways in your classroom. The following are
          just a few ideas:

          - This site could be used by students who wish to research comic books
            and how they are made.

          - You may wish children to research different forms in which the English
language is used and the characteristics of these forms, i.e. children
could be investigating newspapers, books and comics.

          - You could incoporate this site as part of an art lesson and get
the children to investigate how comic book art is made and get them
to try out the process for themselves.

          - Comic strips are good way of explainig things in a quick and amusing
way, get the children to respond to a book or activity by making their
own comic strip. They can use this site as a resource in getting ideas
            and guidance.

          - For a creative writing lesson you could get your children to write
a story for an existing comic book character or design their own character.
You could use this site and it's links section by getting the children
to investigate their chosen character first or for them to find out
about the attributes that they want in their own character. As add
on to this lessen the children could work by themsevles or in a group
to produce their stories into comics.

          - This web site could also be used as an example during a lesson on
the internet and web page design. This could be part of a lead up
to your class producing their own web pages.
